This is a rather dumb report, and hopefully you'll understand why I think that...
Looking at the video, Angel comes out of the tunnel and looks at the enemy beacon to her left, followed by checking her corner to the right at which point you jumped right at her and she killed you. Given how quickly those events transpired, you likely startled her which is what resulted in the teamkill. I can only assume that she thought you were an enemy and simply reacted accordingly. Plus when you assess the entire situation, the next closest capture point was still under enemy possession, and the area likely wasn't fully cleared with that beacon still being there. Personally if I were in her position, that likely would've happened to me as well.
What you failed to include in the video is the apology for the teamkill which is present in the chat logs. Angel did in fact apologize for the teamkill. Had you not been super quick to cut the clip short, we all would've seen that. If you don't believe me, then feel free to check the screenshot below out:
When you go back to the video, you can see exactly where in that screenshot your video takes place. Angel also has a long history here at Banzore with no legitimate reports showing clear intentions of rule violations, and has never willfully enacted on such violations of our rules.
The other cause for concern with this report is present in your chat logs for several minutes after the initial incident. You show clear intentions of maliciously reporting Angel in hopes to have her banned, and your squad further continues to mock us for how we will handle the complaint. Again, if you don't believe what I have to say, feel free to look at these logs below:
I just can't wrap my head around why you think a single teamkill report will result in a permanent ban, especially if it does happen to be a first time offense.
With all that being said, should
@neonardo1 feel that some form of punishment be necessary and the situation be handled differently, then that is on him. Otherwise, no action will be taken at this time and this incident will be noted.
