Describe the incident I don't think he is cheating, just a really bad connection.
Never has a ping, no splash damage when shooting at him with tank/LAV. At times when shooting TV or Tow at him, Video gets really shaky or strobe like.

I will get video. I still don't think he is a cheater, but display connection latency man.

Oh, Sorry I thought you were thinking he was a cheater. Our servers have a ping limit, im sure he has bad connection considering he is in Asia. If his ping goes over the limit he will be kicked automatically.
