Not seein tooo much tbh. Bipod snipers/snipers in general have no sway in the spectator. As for the kill in the end, its not like he zoomed in on him instantly. A lot of the map glare is client-side, like the snow bullshit on locker. Could just be spectator weirdness, I wouldn't call it definitive based on the footage, but I also would not testify that it's for sure clean.
