Do you have a clip that includes before you spawn into the chopper?

no i was gunner and he killed my pilot so i did go pilot and waiting for a gunner. you can see at the very first second he shot my pilot in kill log but it not a great proof i know.
Also in chat he said he doesnt give a fuck ...
