Picture shows where the chopper died in regards to the uncap area.

The image on the left, right above the "deploy" button shows where the chopper died and the image on the right shows the uncap limit.

Thanks for attaching additional information however this report is still insufficient for a couple of a reasons.

1. We require video footage from the spawn menu for uncap attack reports. Your view of Raider's flying doesn't completely show their view from the time they spawned until being killed, thus we are unable to see if they, at any point, fired or not.

2. Raider was no longer in uncap. While yes, he was behind the border for infantry/ground vehicles, he was near the top of the height ceiling for that map. As with any map, we mention that if you fly to extreme heights above your uncap, you are no longer protected as you've effectively left. The uncap protection rule is there so that you do not get obliterated immediately upon spawning. I'll attach an enhanced image taken from the video, that shows his height with better visibility. Please also refer to what Neo has said in regard to this, in reports where the one killed was high up above uncap.
There's a common sense rule about altitude in aircraft. Same as if you went a billion feet up in a heli right above uncap and got attacked.

Thanks for the report, but based on what evidence we were shown, we've come to the conclusion that Raider was fair game when killed, thus no action will be taken against the reported player.
