It was an accident, there was no way I was going to be able to stop ATV in time when he ran in front of me (plus was looking at a discord message as I often do at round start). His report was just stupid.

If I was paying better attention I could have swerved to avoid him... if he was paying attention he could have not run in front of me. In any case it was an obvious accident, and his report is just wasting admin's time.
