Describe the incident intentional destruction of equipment, friendly damage (but not tk just to hurt you)
 
Is the complaint about the guy who broke the rules destroying equipment or about the guy who broke the rules intentionally Tking?
 
I clearly stated the report is against vasthetorpedo. I shot him so I could capture his name before he ran off, in case that wasn't obvious for you.
