Describe the incident Attacking Uncap. Also C4s/mines were denoted by someone else (I suspect D00C or Pro100_Bomzh, i killed both of them subsequently camping there on the edge of uncap)

Fortunately for him, he missed his shot. As it falls under a grey area of the rules, he will go unpunished. After your gunner shot out, it marked you as fair game.
