Describe the incident Constantly camping and attacking the uncap with Attack Chopper, there were multiple instances of this before I started recording. See ingame reports from others.

Anyways, I can only punish for the uncap kill at the very end of the first video since that one was in violation of the uncap rule. The other incidents in the videos provided are invalid as you returned fire which automatically made you fair game.

A punish point will be issued to MohamadAIHussein for the unprovoked uncap attack.

"Constantly camping and attacking the uncap with Attack Chopper, there were multiple instances of this before I started recording" Stating multiple uncap attacks before I started recording is not an "Over exaggeration" is was a fact. I only mentioned the ingame reports cause I thought that there were more reports from other players as well as me and JTF.

Also, in the second video, you can clearly see the TV come flying by the left windscreen before my gunner ever fired.

I'm not going to argue about this. You've been around long enough to know the rules and to know how things are handled around here with the punishments. My stance on the situation remains, and no further action, aside from the punish point that was issued, will be taken.
