Describe the incident this time they both tked me in 2 different maps by coming up from behind me and shooting me when we spawned. i was only able to get 1 pic from my phone of shannon of the tk and the feed of them saying sorry. they did it on purpose. they have been harrassing me for months by tking and saying very nasty things to me in game.
 
Unfortunately this lacks the context needed. It's very hard to prove intent based on a photo.
In the future, try to record your games if you are able to.
 
so the ingame reporting does nothing? i have reported them everytime they did it! it is so unfair when they come up from behind and do it. not everybody can record their games. not fair that i have to deal with trolls like this either
 
In game reporting has its purpose but how am I supposed to know if it was intentional or not based on a photo.
There's a high chance it was intentional but there's also a chance that it wasn't. Not much I can do here.
 
it is just sad that the players that make complaints have to do all the work to record the bad people to prove it. so much work to police a server that the admins dont even play in :(. guess i will have to record my games. even tho it might not even help. cuz they just come up with out warning and just tk me as i spawn.
 
We do pop in every now and then to play. We rely upon our community to assist us in keeping our servers clean, we have a lot of servers so it is nigh impossible to actively moderation all of them in realtime. That would also lead to unjust moderation as we would be relying upon he/she said.
We have busy lives outside of BF4 and cannot be ingame 24/7 / spectating. Please try to record your games.
 
Even if we’re playing in the server with you, we’re still gonna need video evidence from you if you’re reporting someone for teamkilling, unless we directly see it ourselves, which isn’t going to happen most of the time.
