Describe the incident The server's struggling to populate, and he's borderline base raping helicopters, and definitely attacking uncap as tanks are trying to leave.

I don't see any base rape in this vid. Seems he killed a tank at the A flag I guess?

If you pause at the start you can see the tank on the map coming out of uncap. If that's too close to the edge to count or not enough proof let me know for future reference.

Ok I rewatched it and it makes sense now. The tank was clearly in uncap still so this was attacking uncap. I gave him a few days to think about the rules.
