Describe the incident I was playing, got kicked by an admin when I was doing okay, rejoined, was put on the enemy team (now I'm on the losing team), and then I was kicked again. I don't know which of your admins it was but they were online around 3:30 to 3:50 on that server and kicked me twice for no reason. I wasn't saying anything in the chat, I wasn't speaking in team speak, I wasn't cheating, I wasn't griefing, I wasn't team killing. I was just playing the game, and got kicked twice. So I would appreciate if this person is reprimanded at the least to not get their rocks off by kicking random people and focusing those people whenever they rejoin. I assume you all have server logs of some kind that says who's played on your servers at what time so it shouldn't be to hard to find that admin responsible for the trolling. This is even one of my favorite servers from a while back when I used to play a lot more. So being randomly kicked off my favorite server that I love to play on for no reason. Really annoying.
 
There isn't an admin kicking you.
You're most likely being kicked automatically, please join through battlelog to get a more accurate kick message.

Well I just played on a different banzore hardcore server and played the whole match through, so I don't think it was automatic. But I'll try to check battle log for my complaint 'not' handled.
 
All of our actions are logged.
It was probably an automatic ping kick, those only occur when a server fills up.

Since there is nothing on our end for me to change, your complaint is in fact handled.
 
Sure. I can't find anything on battlelog, and it doesn't make sense if I'm kicked from one full server twice, but allowed to play through a full game on another banzore server that was also full. But yeah it probably was an automatic ping thing I guess. Just dosen't make sense why the kick wouldn't specify that instead of saying it was an admin. That's pretty inconvenient.
 
You would need to launch the game via battlelog and get kicked to see the more accurate kick message.
If you launch via EA Desktop it wouldn't differentiate a the type of kick / ban and just say you've been kicked / banned by punkbuster or whatnot.
