Describe the incident Player Nyanpasuyeti was 1 shot killing players with a "weapon" that was not displayed in game on the killed screen and shows up in the log as just KILLED between players. Whatever the weapon was appeared to be long ranged and had some sort of AOE damage aswell

He's not cheating, if you hop into spectator you'll be able to see what he's killing you with and it will make sense. Bf4 is full of bugs like that.
In the future, if you find a player suspicious, please provide us with video evidence.
