Unfortunately the video evidence provided is not sufficient.

Please provide a longer clip that shows you spawning in to when the incident occurs.
 
Unfortunately I don't have any longer clips of it, He had shot down a jet above our base and on the spawn map I watch his orange blip make a direct line to the jet spawn
 
If he does it again, this complaint will aid us in punishing him accordingly as it may show a pattern.

The point above still stands though, the evidence provided is not sufficient enough to warrant any punishment.

At least now you know for next time.
