i get the rules say "No team killing, period, end of story..." so i guess it covers defending whoever im with from a team killer and makes me wrong as well in this case. fair enough i understand
however there is also "Our admins operate on a point system. When you are found violating a rule, you'll be given a punish point by an admin. The first point will be a warning. After that you'll have varying levels of punishment from a kill, kick, and eventual ban if you're a constant problem." so why go straight to ban from zero points?

The ban was issued in case you had any questions regarding our rules, we do not tolerate intentional teamkills.

i read and understand them just fine, hence the first sentence of the last post.... i was simply confused why i was given a ban instead of a warning as the rules call for.

While the point system is usually followed a temporary ban was more suited in this case.

1. im not trying to be difficult. yes i know this exchange could look like it.
2. i didn't "try to circumvent" the rules. I defended a team mate and my teams asset from a team killer and understand that it would complicate enforcement by making team killing back ok.
3. im not appealing as i do understand your position, just want to know the duration.
