Describe the incident PuppetFoam constantly exploits the edge of the map with vehicles, instant-repairs and faster than normal countermeasures. I understand flares and reactive armor, but with as many people as we had that were trying to target, he never went below 50% health. Half the team was trying to target him and still couldn't because of the flir lockon, and would die before we could even lock on. In one game PuppetFoam went 130-0 and the next match before the end of the first 'round' he was 45-0. It's no fun when the entire team cant even target him, on top of having to defend the objective.

Same with Bad_at_infantry^ who is laughing at this post as he's actively exploiting the game too. Absolutely insane this is just rampant.
No fun to play when you can't even spawn in.

No, I joined the game to have fun, not moderate someone else's play. If you check the chat logs just before the original report post, it's shows how many people were reporting him for exploit, even his own team.

If you need video evidence from me to move forward, then I guess it's time for ME to move on to a new game/server. It's blatantly obvious he's exploiting when you see other reports and his name twice in the suspicious list. Is that not enough?

We require video context / proof of foul play for almost all reports, think of the mess our servers would be in if we didn't.
We cannot be in game 24/7 and rely on our community to help make our lives easier by providing strong video evidence.
Context is extremely important.
It is unfortunate that you feel that way, but we aren't going to change our ways anytime soon.
