at 1:17 behind the LAV on the map only the squad leader (skymcd1) is alive with the star icon, at 1:20 you see the trail of an RPG from skymcd1 has just hit the LAV in the raincityreject player feed window as bigg180 is spawning in, then you see another RPG get fired and that player turns to run up the stairs (has the normal squad member icon). I had to pause it and use the , and . keys to step through frame by frame, sorry there was just too much team damaging going on to get a perfect view haha
