Describe the incident This player moves in a way that I've never seen a player move before. It would require an incredible amount of actions per minute and very adept timing. These are not things even the best Bf4 streamers do. I would guess it is a macro.
I thought I would call attention to it and let you be the judge.

Ah yes, a wild AEK Tryhard. I bet his chair is made of sponge to assist with all of the sweating. He has 4 other accounts, this appears to be his newest one, the others look to have been cleared by bf4db.
I personally don't think I see anything out of the ordinary here, but I know others will watch the video, let me know if I missed something and need to glance at it again!

Ya, I get it. I know there is nothing in the video that a player couldn't do - they just can't do them as often. He is able to perfectly execute zouzou jump after zouzou jump even while under fire in the open, and then time return fire perfectly when the "can't shoot" period of the jump has ended.
It looks more benign in first person. When you play against them, the player motion really stands out as something abnormal. It isn't something I've encountered before.
I'm not sure about the stuff you're referring to about the video; are you meaning the numbers to the left and right? That is there while in spectator mode.

I saw those squad numbers on both sides on another video this week. They don't show up in my spectator mode. Really weird...

I dont zouzou lol. Its just crouch jumping repeatedly, with lots of practice. Anyone can do it. Also watching my gameplay through spectator is oddly weird.
