Describe the incident Shooting into uncap unprovoked. I had spawned 30 seconds prior due to a bunch of complaints (and seeing an enemy RAWR messing around, with Blitz_On driving, easy points). Within 45 seconds of ketakii45 shooting into uncap CB-Gunter85 just looks over to our spawn and kills me unprovoked. Pointed it out and he didn't care.

Sorry just noticed this was missed. Im gonna need more than a 7 second video here. Doesn't tell me much, you could have been shooting out just prior to that which would then make you a prime target that can be fired on.
