Describe the incident Shooting into uncap unprovoked. I had spawned 30 seconds prior due to a bunch of complaints (and seeing an enemy RAWR messing around, with Blitz_On driving, easy points). ketakki45 just looks over to our spawn and kills me unprovoked. Pointed it out and he didn't care.
