Describe the incident So the guy was stealing and killing me because he wanted to fly, everytime i hop off the chopper the guy rapidly swap seats and fly away, in this video i get inside the carrier so this guy couldn't get out and steal it (skill issue) then he grab a rhib boat and tk me one more time...

I really can't act on this report and punish the player because there is no prior context to the video that would verify what you say.

If by some chance you still have this clip of him actively firing upon you and killing you, then I can act upon it.

For the time being however, no action will be taken.
