Describe the incident I said "Im eating ritz crackers right now" and it starting penalizing me and killing me.

That automated chat filter does not care about context, it sees the word (of which there are 3 and their variations) and punishes for them. This is not unknown knowledge either as it has been around for over 2 years now.

I have gone ahead and issued a forgive point, please be mindful of the chat filter in the future.
