Describe the incident never played the game before, playing on your server then getting kicked while following rules posted in game sooooooooooo

You need to update your game's anticheat (Punkbuster). Go to the link provided below to download the setup application, and install it. The game doesn't ship with the latest version of the anticheat, so you have to manually update it.

Also, in the future use the appeal form to find out if/why you are banned. What you filled out was a report form for other players who are violating rules.
