Describe the incident I was spectating and noticed the boat kept staying at base/red zone and kept moving back and forth. Turns out its D3FNC3 firing tv missiles, and I was on him for 10 minutes just seeing rock back and forth not even leaving half way.

If I'm wrong from him being in the red zone then I will own up to it. Just sucks hogging the boat especially when you have teammate shooting to get you to go.

I mean, he is allowed to do that. People are also allowed to blow his ass up if he is firing FROM uncap. Doing so is not against the rules. Killing people shooting from uncap is also not against the rules.
