Describe the incident Repeatedly attacked uncap in stealth jet and killed me, my squadmates and a couple other people during the ordeal. Did not stop when we threatened to report

I've never heard of bf4 server match recordings, that would be massive files anyway.
We have the data but not much to prove whether or not the kills were intentional, that is where you capturing video evidence comes in.

For future complaints, pleasure capture and provide video evidence for us to review.

Animesniper provided video evidence in his report and you can see that he just spawned in stealth jet (you can hear the jet starting up) and he immediately gets shot at and eventually killed. I believe that is more than enough evidence for you

It is not.
We require video evidence for uncap related incidents to show from before you spawn to when the incident occurs.

This is due to our rules allowing for players to attack uncap if the player they are watching has shot out.

Well at least warn the dude if nothing else. I'm a normal person and don't record every damn second of my gameplay and its ridiculous you won't do anything because of like 2 seconds worth of footage missing.

99% of our players do not mind capturing video evidence, they understand why sufficient video evidence is required.
If we allowed for bad evidence to be used, it would result in shortened clips that lack context, making it easy for someone to get unjustly banned.

Not requiring video evidence at all would end with our servers empty.

We appreciate all the time and effort that goes into crafting quality complaints.

Players who break the rules once usually do it again, either they are trolls or they don't fully understand our rules.
Regardless, if he does it again, these complaints will be taken into consideration.
