Describe the incident spawn into heli. get sniped out. start recording. warn the dude not to repeat it or i will post. near the end of the vid i once again jump into the heli. once again shot out at spawn.

If you fire when in uncap they are allowed to shoot you. You repeatedly fire the missiles so I’m not sure what your goal here is.

his first shot comes in when i am lifting. i am not dead at this point. i fire to "signal" i am still there and to make sure who is firing into uncap. second shot comes in to confirm after i fire.

When you spawn you fire a shot, this means that the enemy can fire upon you.

If I see a vehicle shoot out as soon as they spawn, I do not engage them but the less complicated the rule the better.

You shot out of uncap, even if it’s accidental when you spawn, you clearly shot out.

it was accidental. clicking to spawn in and it fired one shot.
