Describe the incident hopped out to rep Amtrak after battle stole seat from the gunner made him get out then he started blowing up the Amtrak (i know i shouldn't have killed him but i didn't want to lose the Amtrak, sue me)

Two wrongs don't make a right, you can't just say sue me as if that absolves you from wrong doing. As an FYI it takes more than 3 C4 to blow up the amtrac if it's full health (which it was, based on your repairs). Additionally, only the Recon class has the Spec-Ops upgrade to carry up to six C4 (he was Support). Truthfully you reporting them for breaking the rules and then taking matters into your own hands by intentionally TKing invalidates your report.

So as I've done in the past with those in your situation, I'll let you pick the outcome. Either both of you get a punish point for breaking the rules or neither of you do and this gets dismissed. If you choose the latter option, keep in mind in the future you won't get this choice again and will be reprimanded accordingly, as we don't tolerate intentional TKs regardless of your reasoning.
