Describe the incident stole the amtrac while repping 3 times, I also sat in front of the amtrac so he would see that I've got it while I'm repping and he tk's me

The TK doesn't appear to be intentional. Most people when they get into a vehicle immediately hit the throttle, so with you standing in front that's a given. They have been punished for the theft however.
