Describe the incident He was c4ing uncap. The first time he had them already placed on the road, which wasn't recorded. I started recording and explained that wasn't allowed on the server. A couple other times after that you could say I was baiting him, but I wanted to see if he was still camping our uncap after he was warned multiple times. The last time he clearly had them already placed and we were simply leaving uncap.
