I assume you didn't want to pilot for him since he was wasting shots / shooting at teammates?

yeah so i spawned on the chopper was hoping to gun but since he was there already i decided to go take a vehicle so i move the chopper a few feet nothing that would warrant me getting mowed down since what i did was not harmful to him and he still had a chance to get a pilot

When you set the chopper down, it did take quite a bit of damage.
Was there a reason for this?

ya your right thats weird i landed softly i just heard that sound

there was literally nothing there its a bug for sure

Issued a punish point towards his account for the intentional teamkill.
Try to be more dilegent in the future not to damage team vehicles. If you don't want to gun/pilot for someone, either exit the vehicle or set it down gently nearby.
