Describe the incident On the 29th of September, 2020 I observed suspicious activity from 1Manbeck who appeared to be using some sort of teleportation/displacement cheat. At first I was only merely suspicious. I didn't record anything because I didn't feel it was appropriate to imitate that without any true evidence. (I probably should have, because the first occurrence appeared more blatant than in the videos provided.)
After the third occurrence, I was certain something wasn't right. I captured 2 instances after that, both detailing the, in my opinion, very suspicious activity on 1Manbeck's part. On closer inspection, these instances appear to be extremely similar to the displacing actions I witnessed from my previous encounter with RegretfulHarp, albeit on a much smaller scale and very sparingly compared to RegretfulHarp's constant and heavy use. These videos will be provided as soon as possible via a third party host and inserted in another post on this thread.
Notably, before I captured the 2 instances I spoke in team chat that I believed 1Manbeck to be cheating. A member of my team said something to the effect of, "That's not cheating, it's an exploit," in ALL chat. Interestingly, 1Manbeck speaks up and scoffs at the idea of being accused of cheating, commenting that we think he's cheating. Several teammates spoke about his fast movement speed and 'frogging' or 'bunnyhopping', which I believed to be the exploit/glitch that was being spoken about. What I witnessed was, besides the exploit, different entirely.
It should be noted that while I do believe this exploit provides an unfair advantage, it is NOT the reason I bring it up and I bring it up solely for comparison as to what I witnessed besides the exploit.
I do apologize in advance to my friend's voice through discord in these videos, and for the studdering. I used Nvidia Shadowplay to capture these, and I did not figure Discord audio would come through.
