I read through all his chatlogs, and this is the only instance that can be found where there's any racial slurs being used. While I feel that the term being used could've been interchanged with a more correct term and something less racist, this instance is a bit of a stretch to truly punish for.
I almost feel like this may have been a mistake and an oversight by the player at the time. This incident will be noted, and isn't significant enough to punish the player at this current moment.

I'm not making a big deal out of this but all I ask is racism enforcement be held to the same standards...not double...
I fully understand that it is often times used as a racist slur.
In this situation, I'm giving the guy the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake. I looked through all his chat logs and this was literally the only message that contained any form of obvious racism. All his other messages really don't show any form of toxicity that truly concern me and drive me to want to punish the player at this time.
Future reports against this player regarding racism will result in a punishment if valid.
