You're visibly seen firing while in uncap the moment you take off, therefore declaring you as fair game to be killed. Had you not done that, you would've been protected by our uncap rule.

You mean the rocket shot against the wall to have another loader ? That really can count to remove the uncap protection ? If it is like that the rule shouldnt even exists because everyone shot in base after spawn for x or y reason. Or it is because something else ?
This time I would really like to appeal for a punishment, for me, seems unfair to not be protected just for shooting in base after spawn against a wall (and not against an enemy which couldnt be possible because the game just had began)
PD: About the audio, well, didn't thought it was that important.
It doesn't matter what your intention is. You shot, therefore revoking your immunity in uncap as per our rule.
Not happening. This isn't a judicial system around here. I also explained to you that had you not made the mistake of firing, punishment would've followed. Sometimes we need to make mistakes to learn from them.
