After much consideration with this report and discussing it with another admin, it has been decided that TelefeR will not be punished due to the fact that you had stolen a vehicle from the player (TOW Launcher) and forced a TK.

No action will be taken at this time towards TelefeR. Other parties involved have been dealt with accordingly.
