if he does not join the server within the temp ban time period, he will be unaware of the ban or the ban reason. just stating this in his defense since I've seen this outcome before. I do not wish to ban him as he is generally not a problem on the server and he is a regular. he is brazilian that might not be aware there is no placing mines in uncap
