Unfortunately the first video is not long enough. If able, I need to see from when you spawned in to when you were first fired upon.
For the second clip, while it is extremely annoying to be shot upon, your gunner opened fire immediately which as a result marked you fair game for the enemy team.
Unless you are able to provide more context to the first clip there is not enough here to warrant a punishment.
