Not enough video context on this one.
From what I can gather, it seems your team was all capped prior to you spawning in or was almost all capped.
If you go frame by frame, you were already on fire and as soon as the last cap E turns neutral, you get blown up (you have one tick of HP). Either from fire or a SRAW.

If the tank driver previously shot out of spawn and was fired upon, that would have been within our rules for the other team to fire back, I cannot tell if this was the case or not.
