Given that our servers have been incredibly unstable for the last 36 hours and nobody has been able to play an actual match, this is basically pointless to act upon. I know that the player has a prior record for team griefing, but there were only 3 of you in the server at the time of this incident. The servers would kick everyone out when there were more than 4 players and rounds would restart.

No action will be taken at this time, but the incident will be noted.
 
given that your servers have been incredibly unstable (except for the 5 matches i played today), you have a regular (me) in there to help get it going, and the fact that this douche has priors of this exact behavior, i would have thought counted for something. but whatever, it's your server.

It's all servers, not just bZ.
 
The match in question was also around the same time the servers were still experiencing issues. The scoreboard from that match even shows just how small it was and really wasn't significant. I'd bet that if the server had too large of a player count, the round would have been restarted and everyone would've been kicked from the server.

Pardon my French, but this is just a petty bullshit report given the overall situation our servers have been faced with and the timing of this encounter. Since our servers are now operational as intended, I'd be able to handle a similar scenario to this much differently. Say if you were to go back in right now and had the same player intentionally teamkill you, then I'd punish/temp ban him, regardless of how many players are present in the server at the time.

In short, my decision stands and no action will be taken at this time.
 
Noted. Rules are variable depending on server "health". And while we're speaking french, i find it 'bullshit' that a player with a history of griefing/tk'ing is treated differently due to said server health. You show him at 0-0, but what you're also failing to see/mention is him leaving the server and switching multiple times to grief.

You happened to be on the server when it wasn't functioning as intended. If the server got to be above a certain point in the player count, the match would reset. Any attempt to make a report in what I would call a non-playable environment would ultimately be moot. This happens to be one of those moments.

If you are seriously getting upset over something like this in a 2v1 scenario on a barely functional server that was plagued by a critical bug affecting EVERYONE, then you seriously need to get the hell off the computer and do something else for a while.

End of discussion, this is beyond dumb.
