Describe the incident I spawn on carrier in transport chopper to see a TV missile from NotBlink barely miss me (0:08 seconds). TV missed entirely due to acute lack of skill but he was clearly trying to hit me.

I start getting locked on just barely after making it past the threshold of the carrier - but I think this was from someone else.

Second TV from Notblink hits me and takes me down in an area that's either uncap or very close.

Ignore my comments on the first TV. After watching the video a few more times in slow motion it looks like the first rocket (SRAW?) may have come from the guy on F, not the attack boat.

1D TempBan due to that being a really close borderline uncap kill. Had you flown a few more meters forward, you would've been fair game.
