I can't punish the player with the first clip because I don't know what you were doing before the start of the clip (no spawn screen visible).

I can, however, punish based on the second clip as there was an unprovoked uncap kill against you while you had protection from our rule.

was the first clip punishable if i had just joined the server, blown up some barrels, then went outside and got killed in uncap? just wondering.

I can't do anything with it because I don't see the spawn screen and can't verify what exactly you were doing. If you had shot, you instantly lose your immunity.

This would result in you being eligible to be killed while in uncap.

You lose uncap immunity if you shoot/use equipment, leave uncap at any point, or the enemy has full control over all flags.
