Describe the incident xProZiNNN repeatedly would baserape the helicopters before they left spawn or would fire a shot out of spawn. I called him out on it and he basically told me to get over it, so I recorded a screencap of him doing it later in the game. Link here: https://streamable.com/tgb7z0

Unfortunately, were require video evidence for uncap related incidents to show from when you spawn in to when the incident occurs.
If you are unable to provide sufficient evidence, this will help to show a pattern if he does it again.
