Why did you talk to him from spectator mode? That is dumb.

Talking while in spectator, especially if there is a cheater, is an easy way to tell them to turn the hacks off and not make themselves obvious while you're watching. That is like rule #1 of spectating. You NEVER talk when trying to catch a cheater, otherwise you're unloading an entire magazine into your foot.

Since you mentioned bringing this to Battlefield Agency's attention, I'll let you handle this one with them.
