Describe the incident Everyone is tired of this guy griefing, by taking vehicles out of play (getting them stuck on purpose, c4ing them, etc...) Warned him on 6/20, but didn't report it. Been off the game since then logged onto tonight 1st game and hop in LAV there is Magical_Kitty driving around a LAV in the spawn purpusely getting it stuck. I warned him again.

Many other players can testify to his behavour in addition to his constant spamming the chat with his MEOW.
He also has previous complaints of griefing.
