Describe the incident I'm not 100% on this one...but since I just took off and never even fired a single bullet whilst in and out of uncap, does this technically fall under the attacking uncap rule? I mean he did kill another guy that just spawned in anyways...

I would say that is a grey area but given that you flew pretty high, I wouldn't consider this attacking uncap.

Thanks for the complaint though, if he does it again try to record it!
