Describe the incident TK me for no reason after I was trying to get someone that spawned on me out of my chopper because it wasn't his spot. He stole the gunner spot, but Crow was watching and saw me not flying so he tked me. https://youtu.be/3TGoUUHmUpE

The other player was in your squad and I assume they spawned on the open gunner spot.
You cannot claim both seats in a vehicle. Unfortunately, if someone gets the TV bug and dies, it also doesn't mean you can grief your team if someone spawns fairly on the now open seat.
You can ask nicely like you did in this case but afking until they get out or waiting for them to act out is not going to fly here.

Punished Cr0wsfoot for intentionally teamkilling you but understand that you're no saint in this case. Be careful not to break our rules any further.

I had a gunner that got shot out. He didn't own that spot, and I was going to get my teammate that was initially in that spot. You can ask neo about that. Happen to us all the time, and we ask them to leave the spot bc they don't own that spot. MY GUNNER DID. Saint my ass knows nothing. @neonardo1

Doesn't matter. I know about the bug, it's a shame that it is in bf4 but it doesn't give you the right to grief.
You asked him to get out and he declined.
I doubt he knew that your gunner was shot out prior to him spawning in.

Let this serve as a warning. If I see it again, you'll be dealt with accordingly.
