So I already explained this to you in Discord, but I will also put it here so it is documented.
As explained to me by both yourself and Mo, you two had the intentions of utilizing the chopper and she was eventually going to hand off the pilot role to you, but Funky also wanted to fly as demonstrated in this clip. Both of you also expressed that there was a mutual agreement that was made at the time in Discord of your intentions, which Funky was not made aware of said intentions.
It was also indicative that Mo was giving up her spot as the pilot and leaving it up for grabs to anyone else who was interested in occupying that seat. Had you mentioned to Funky of your plans, then perhaps this would've ended differently. Plus many players will take the first aerial vehicle they can to get to desired locations as quick as possible, leaving the pilot seat available to the next taker. The average player could view this clip and immediately think that Mo was just trying to get to the rooftop that she had landed on.
With Mo expressing that she's really not bothered by this incident, and the late attempts to notify Funky of your plan, there's truly not much I can do here. The chat logs from all three of you also tell the story quite clearly. Funky wasn't aware of the plan, and apologized afterwards. There truly weren't any major rule violations that occurred with malicious intent.
Because you seemed rather pressed at the matter and demonstrated that you had more of a personal problem with Funky, it wouldn't be fair for me to intervene. In general it wouldn't be fair towards Funky to receive a punish point/temp ban for something that was already resolved in game through chat.
TL;DR, find a way to come to a resolution between yourself and Funky, act like gentlemen, and just move on. No administrative action will be taken at this time.
