Describe the incident They are in a tank on Propaganda spawn camping with a tank. Nobody shoots and they shoot you. You can see in the clip my teammate spawns in spawn and hops on 4-wheeler and dies instantly in spawn. These guys never learn and take advantage when admins aren't on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqXid9rH37g it's towards the end of the video and you can check the kill feed and put 2 and 2 together.

They certainly like to push the boundaries. I'll review when I get a chance. Wanna say both have past violations so probably time for a longer time out.

Every single time PandaDaPandaa plays he gets reported for attacking uncap. Clearly there's a pattern here and he doesn't respect the rules. He won't be back.

Nothing on Kano in this video but reports do support him breaking the rules a lot which he has a history of doing. Gave him a time out.
