Describe the incident Player is non stop trying to TK I never shot or bothered him once he puts c4 on your boat runs away or follows you in a lil bird or another boat and even the ac130 boat (while I'm using our boat) and he will either out right kill you or just shoot you down to 20 health so others can kill you.
