Describe the incident He's been chasing me in tank trying to teamkill me. he ignores the enemy and goes straight for me. I don't have the capability to record him and I do my best to get away but he makes the game "unplayable" as he doesn't care about the enemy.

It's an older computer that is near the end of its life.
When are the admins monitoring the servers? if they are watching like admins do you're bound to see him.

With all due respect, being an Admin means making time to monitor the servers. Lots of players leave and do not return because people like gregawa are not being dealt with... I am on BZ24 A LOT and there are many who know there are no admins so they "bully" other players. Most people don't record or don't want to take the time to record, edit, and post here. I am thankful there are players that do record, as I am friends with some of them, so I've witnessed some recordings and bans from them. Again, I mean no disrespect and I am not attacking you personally, it's just frustrating to deal with these guys and that there are no admins.

That would most likely lead to admin abuse.
If there's an issue, someone might pop in to spectate or quickly ban them if we see them being troublesome. That doesn't mean we will always be able to.

We do spend a lot of time monitoring the servers and players. We take pride in the systems and structure of things.
If you want action, do your part and record.

Then why be admins? that is literally what an admin does. not ALL the time but when they can and I rarely see them in game but, to be fair, I might not know they are there.

My part? my part is reporting it and it's literally the job of an admin to handle it. If I could record it, I would.
Honestly, it just seems the players are doing the work for admins.

anyway, I see that this isn't going anywhere, I am just frustrated with the lack of handling of complaints.

Part of reporting is including evidence. There's nothing for us to handle if there's no evidence lol.

Correct, when it comes to teamkilling and griefing, which require video proof. We do a lot behind the scenes to remove cheaters because we can go off of stats and whatnot. There is nothing to go off of aside from video evidence when it comes to messing with your team, and we just aren't going to sit there for hours and record people when we can rely on the community to report such troublemakers. It's a system that's worked perfectly fine for some time. We used to have a LOT more admins and required them to cover "shifts" and spectate and all that bs, and just like Mr Swag said all it lead to was a ton of admin abuse and toxicity.
