We cannot punish for every single racial remark, none of us get paid to do this.

Why do I need to remember that? I've never said a racial slur in my life let alone on this server. I simply used that as an example to point out your hypocrisy. Sorry your IQ is too low to pick up on that.

As stated above we cannot punish for every single ethnic slur, it would increase the number of complaints and ban appeals hundred fold. There has to be a line in place or else it would turn into a full time job and news flash, we are volunteers.

We currently have an ingame filter that looks out for three words and possible variations, variations of said words that are not picked up are usually punished by us. In extreme cases, bans are issued for repeat offenders who simply do not understand.

However to answer your question above, it isn’t a good idea to hold prejudice against anyone, there are third party anti cheats alongside us that ban for certain extreme types of toxicity.
